The Quincy PLT Reciprocating Compressor has been built specifically for industrial, automotive and commercial applications by producing high pressure at a low cost. It is meticulously designed for maximum productivity and efficiency with a reputation for lasting performance. Using stainless-steel valves for maximum strength, Quincy’s valve design provides the highest volumetric efficiency available. Leading the industry with the most ACFM per brake horsepower, the Quincy PLT ensures more air while consuming less energy in the production process.

  • Heavy-duty, cast-iron construction of body, cylinders and fly-wheel
  • Virtually maintenance free and designed to be rebuilt at the end of life cycle

  • Coalescing aluminum mesh crankcase breather reduces oil vapor
  • Two-piece connecting rods that make service easier
  • Electronically balanced fan-type fly-wheel, cylinders and heads that are designed for effective unit cooling and smooth operation
  • High-efficiency fin and tube intercooler that reduce interstage air temperature for maximum performance and increased valve life
  • Balanced counter-weighted crankshaft for smooth, trouble free operation
  • Extra capacity oil reservoir that assures low oil temperature
  • Industrial-class bearings to ensure long operating life
  • Graphite head and cylinder gaskets, not asbestos
  • ASME-code interstage pressure relief valves
